This document outlines all of the agreed upon parameters and expectations for a particular product launch. This would be a living document, where all members of leadership agree on the initial target market definition, positioning and KPIs. As the project progresses, a communications strategy, launch plan, ICP (if not already developed) and a GTM narrative are included. This becomes the source of truth for any launch.
