At KnowBe4 RKO, I presented new products to our sellers and partners. Partnering with the SVP of Product Strategy, I lead our teams through the value story of AIDA, mapping it back to our specific capabilities.
Competitive Analysis Candidate Assignment
During a recent interview process, I was asked to compile a competitive snapshot for 2 key threat intelligence products. Using the assumptions given in the assignment I researched applicable competitors, outlined how buyer expectations have evolved and why, while focusing on values buyers actually care about most.
Differentiated Positioning
When developing positioning, differentiation comes from comparing how well you can provide a specific value compared to how well other vendors can provide that same value. It is not a feature to feature war. These were the two value levers we focused on when competing in the real-time security awareness coaching: human risk reduction and productivity increase.
