AIDA – AI Defense Agents
AIDA is the underlying orchestration and automation feature set of KnowBe4’s platform. Its engine is the SmartRisk Agent, which ingests activities and events across the different KnowBe4 products, including our integrations with other security products like SIEM, endpoint, identity, and determines a risk score. This score is assigned to individuals, teams and the organization as a whole. Based on that risk score AIDA makes decisions on how and when to train users, while also creating personalized phishing emails using generative AI.
AIDA Messaging Guide
I developed the AIDA messaging guide using the internal positioning and ICP work to standardized language and key talking points for consistent communications across all channels.
Early in the product development lifecycle, I attended local Information Systems Security Associations (ISSA) events to listen to CISO presentations, attend panels and talk to them directly to understand their thoughts on AI in products. As a newer persona for us, and who I identified as the biggest barrier of entry, I wanted to understand their concerns about implementing AI at their organization.
I developed this asset to use an anchor across the entire integrated marketing launch campaign. This top-of-funnel piece addressed CISO’s concerns before they ever asked any questions, building our credibility with that audience.
The results: nearly $1M in associated pipeline, with a 45% conversion rate, this asset was one of our Top 10 Downloadable Assets of all time, according to HubSpot.
